About me

I have been a 400m athlete for 14 years, competing at national & International level.I have been involved with running and strength training for a number of years, with elite level coaches and have trained in many high-performance sporting environmentsI also work as a developer in sports footwear, working with elite athletes to create high-performance shoes across a number of sports
